Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed, for walk-ins or over the phone inquires. However, Michael is the Designer and owner so an email or text is helpful to make sure he will be in when you come.
How do I return an item?
We have a one year warranty on almost all frames. Just send us an email and we will take care of you.
Do you install artwork?
Yes! If you send us your artwork we will professionally install your artwork including hanging hardware. If you have us install it'll be gallery ready out our door.
Do you do wall installation?
We only install commercial mirrors for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Email us to get a shipping quote. Price of shipping is dependent on your location, shipping box size and weight.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
At Masterworks we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our satisfaction rating is 99.6%. If you are not happy with your frame for whatever reason, we will fix it or remake it.
What is your lead time?
For orders of 1 to 7 frames we typically average 3 weeks until pickup or delivery.
Can you match any image?
YES because we have an in house sculptor, multiple designers and wood carvers we can create virtually any project you have in mind.
How does a float frame work?
A modern float frame gives the effect that the artwork is hovering in space. Artwork fastens into the frame by using velcro blocks on small pieces or screws into a cradle board or stretcher bar on larger pieces.
Does my frame come with hardware?
No, generally we do not include hardware with the frame. However, it is available upon request, free of charge. You can email, or add a note to your order form that you would like hardware to be included.
